Kimpala Jewellery pieces are all handmade and made by Gloria and shipped from Toronto, Canada. Please allow 2-8 business days for your order to ship. 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout as Kimpala Jewellery is not responsible for orders not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Orders marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.

STANDARD - $5.00 CAD (Ground. No Tracking. 2-10 business days.)

EXPEDITED - $18.00 CAD (Tracking. 2-4 business days.)

 

USA

STANDARD - $8.00 CAD (Ground. No Tracking. 5-15 business days.)

EXPEDITED - $25.00 CAD (Tracking. 2-5 business days.)

 

EUROPE

STANDARD - $8.00 CAD (Ground. No Tracking. 7-15 business days.)

EXPEDITED - $25.00 CAD (Tracking. 4-7 business days.)

 

*Should you choose the ground/no tracking shipping option, Kimpala Jewellery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

*Please note that you may not receive your package within the delivery window due to severe Covid-19 delays.*

 

REFUND + RETURN

Even though Kimpala Jewellery is growing, I am still a small business!

All sales are final, no exchanges or returns. 

Therefore, before purchasing anything, it is important to understand the materials and measurements. Please measure yourself before purchasing to make sure your jewellery will fit you perfectly. If there is a measurement you need, but don’t see available, I can make custom lengths. Please email me with the measurements you'd like to info@kimpalajewellery.com. Additional charges may apply.

EXCEPTION: If you received the wrong item, I will of course exchange it for the correct item. I will cover and coordinate a return shipment. If your item breaks within 30 days, I will accept refunds or have it fixed. Email me with pictures at info@kimpalajewellery.com if this happens to you. I will send you a shipping label so you may return the item. I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post.
